These can include the use of professional equipment to perform the following top level sessions; Isometric, callesthenics, gymnastics, isometrics, explosive strengthening and injury rehab. These session are designed to align you with your physical goals so inform us whether your goal is toning, strengthening, loosing weight, core strength, legs, upper body etc. or any of the above mentioned activities and we will devise a plan to take you above and beyond your goals.
